Input from them helped me to select Karai Batu, which provides Japanese zen feeling at an affordable price. Other timber companies we went to are biased toward selling their highest margin product rather than focus on what is best for our purpose.
Installation was done in a very systematic and careful manner to mitigate any near and long term problems.
During the MCO period we had to store the timber we bought at their warehouse for more than 6 months. They assured us that the timber will be nicely stored without any damages. The delivery of the timber was timely and had no problem.
Overall, Hengwood is a highly recommended place to source for timber products.

Zzwei was also gracious enough to accommodate various questions and requests that I had. I appreciated their going the extra mile to assist their customers, especially as a first time buyer. Fantastic customer service and prompt communication. Highly recommended!
