★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has limited seating area and too close to the bus parking bays. Food court, bag storage and kiost are available. The bus connects most of the cities in peninsular Malaysia. The town buses do not display their routes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a neat bus station, there is a lot of cellphone stall and money changer inside it. A perfect place to transit for foreigners or locals that are the user of local bus connecting between negeris or only cities around Terengganu. There are also place to get some beverages to continue your trip to another place in Malaysia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gets crowded on every Saturday. Considered as transportation hub for the city. Food court selling local dishes and ticket counters at ground level. Street leading towards and around the terminal very narrow, traffic flow poorly managed due to bad planning. Perhaps it maybe just temporary. Upper level many vendors selling cheap knock-off clothing. Cloth altering service also can be found, leathersmith, cobbler. Do come here if you want to have cheap reasonable jeans altering service. Lots of shops to choose from.
