★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service and workers are rude ,at the entrance waited by uneducated men each steeps asked where I'm going until i bought ticket with them and cheated by a man who sells tickets outside they're linked with bus ticket counters and i was wondering so many Indonesian food outlets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t like this place, it dirty and crowded, noisy and ppl smoke.
If you are from Semantan MRT, you only have to pay RM1 by bus 821 to reach Hentian Duta. Bus will come in 15 to 20 mins. Tell the bus driver to inform you when nearby to the Hentian Duta. Walk about 5mins. A very short walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is near to Hockey Stadium n tennis courts at Jalan Duta...very big n spacious place with a lot of buses from nothern states comes here...to Ipoh..Penang ..Alor Setar..Kangar...Sg Petani..Lumut n etc..the place is rundown ..aircond is spoiled..but toilet is clean...the medan selera is not tat clean..pls do something abt tat..??????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommend to arrive here but not depart from here. Go to TBS to avoid headache. Most of the buses that go here are from TBS anyway. This station is just better on arrival because it is closer to the city and you just arrive and leave the bus station.
Departures are annoying. The staff try but there is only so much they can do with limited resources
1.bus schedules are not consolidated unless you booked online. Ticketing is not consolidated. You have to choose which bus company to go with then ask for their schedule.
2.only one gate. Only way to know which one is your bus is to pay attention to all the names on the bus (most buses don't even say where they are going) the staff just shouts what bus is boarding and if you have trouble understanding what they are saying you will have to ask and ask them. No signs or anything just word of mouth.
3. Uncomfortable chairs, most are breaking or broken. Place is pretty run down.
4. All places to eat are closed except for 1 so better eat before coming here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a bus station located within the city limits. Located in Jalan duta and opposite to Government Complex and next to big hockey and other stadiums as well. Quite spacious place for passengers to buy and catch buses from here for northern inter city and inter states such as Perlis, Kedah, Penang etc. There is a indoor waiting room with washroom and a small food court and other petty shops are also here. Ample parking space available at hourly cost. Upkeeping and improvement in terms of cleanliness is highly recommended for this place.
