โ โ โ โ โ The rapid bus terminal is able to get you to connect almost everywhere in Kuantan (from Gambang resort and Sungai Lembing to Teluk Cempedak and Balok). However, the bus frequency is too low (have to wait 20-30 minutes for a bus to depart to a destination). This makes us feel a bit inconvenient lah and unable to get to destination immediately... Moreover, the surrounding of this bus station is also in dirty and unpleasant condition... Therefore, there is still a little more improve to upgrade the standard of this bus station lah... This is genuinely my opinion only ah...

โ โ โ โ โ The worst. The bus doesn't follow the schedule. They stated in facebook regarding the schedule and I waited for it for an hour but the bus isn't available, had to take another bus. The pilot doesn't turn on the light in the bus by night and make all of us sit in pitch dark. What if anything happen in the bus? Robbery? We won't know.

It is 2 MYR. change muat be prepared to put in the bus fare collecting box.

โ โ โ โ โ Yes everything is well organised and bus departed on time but in some cases passengers have to wait up to 60 minutes or more.. In one case I was late for my job interview and nearly cost me my job because of the bus didn't show up on time. Overall I was satisfied with the service.
