1. 1st timer promo price NOT available
2. Refused to tell me which other outlet in jb that offers 1st timer promo (she said there are NO other jb outlets?)
3. Underwent whitehead removal treatment which widened pores, pus still present at same site a day after, pores seemed like holes
4. No fish spa or any foot spa available
5. Felt pressurized to buy their products after treatment.
Maybe not a branch to be recommended, try out different outlets instead ;)

In addition, parking is public parking thus it may require patience to secure one as its located in a busy spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is so good in facial. The therapists are gentle when handling your skin. They are so gentle till you will automatically zone out and go into a relaxation mode. You will find calm and peace while doing facial here. The maintain pretty good hygiene and during this pandemic time, they make sure you are sprayed body sanitizer before proceeding with the treatment. The therapists are polite and friendly too. They let you decide what you want. No forcing. One of the best facial spas I have ever been to.
