No explanation on what progress am doing, the unclogged pores progress not in details and press in few areas only consider done. Even my hairs is wet after done the facial. Never do consulting on my face status and experience after done the facial. Just ask if I would like to buy the products, if not then just pay and can leave ardy. Don’t feel I’m being service. Will not visit Herbaline Bangi again.

Edit: Extraction was painless but there are so many little bumps not cleared out on my face so can only assume that it was not done properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended, 2 hours facial packages shortcut to one hour half, and half hour use to apply normal 5 ringgit mask, then first 15 minutes use to explan on the services provided, overall facial time nt till 50 minutes, do things rush and nt details, like i paid and spend fr nth after the facial, really feeling bad with this brand.... If possible, went to johor bahru mount austin sasa skin house would be more better 100 times than this, this shop should be close, dont waste people time and money :)
