★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herbaline Eng Ann is my every month must go facial house. The beutician here are nice, friendly and experience. Their products also suits me and most of them are at reasonable price. I have also introduce to most of my colleagues and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rate this for 2 stars because the service provided is not consistent. some beautician are great know how. but some are not skillful at all, not knowing the pressure, and very rushy. sometime end up the scar very obvious and terrible which last for up to a week. they also SUPER SUPER hard sale to make you take certain treatment and product. if you refused they tend to be very rude and their attitude changed right after that. stopped going for many months now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time was stressful as I was being hard sales on products which are beyond my budget. Bought it cause I just want to have a moment in peace. Second time which is today, keeps on suggesting me to take certain treatment, but as a student with no income it was stressful indeed that I am afraid and broke to go for 3rd appointment ?. But person in charge of my facial are friendly, which is acceptable. Overall it's okay so far. Facial is not my thing, only invest cause my skin turn downhill and I want my clear skin back.

Having facial with my sister with product purchased total RM458, payment by cash as well. But the beautician do not accept my RM10 note due to the reason why was bc atm machine do not accept ?♀️ Sound rude to ask me tng pay that RM8. I’ll not visit Herbaline anymore and not recommend this place??
