โ โ โ โ โ First time visit the place- just like any other herbaline branch, itโs a house turned into a commercial space which is awesome. Roadside car park available with jockey. Staff are polite, now during RMCO they strictly follow the SOP - mask wearing, gloves during treatment, although I only notice sanitizer made available at the front door entrance. Service is standard herbaline, my beautician was quite chatty, I think it is fine since the area was quite empty and other customers were chatting away too. Haha. I would come again.

โ โ โ โ โ Staffs are polite and professional, from parking attendant to receptionists.
I tried the 'Acne and Shallow Scar Treatment'. Ms. C, the person who did the service is very polite and professional. After the treatment, my face doesn't swell nor experience redness. I went to a few facial treatments and this one is really good.
I recommend this OUG branch as the whole experience is nearly perfect, although a bit hasty when they usher you to your room, and try to sell you products, despite those products does fit my requirements. They hard sell, but aren't pushy. They are okay if you just say no. So no problem there.
TLDR version: Pros, good facial experience, scars slightly lighten, smoother and cleaner skin. Cons, felt too rush from start to finish. Overall, highly recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ Have been here several times, this time I was being treated like a dead body; very rude cleansing skill by the staff. Terribly painful, a complete torture.
Then being left there with mask for exactly half an hour.
Not worthy even if they charged for RM10.

โ โ โ โ โ Had a very relaxing 2 hrs at Herbaline OUG. I enjoyed the face massage. The facial treatment was nice too. I totally recommend. Unfortunately the fish spa is not available because of covid. Regardless it was a great experience.
