If there is something that they are not familiar with they would still take the initiative to do some research and get back to us. So far I've had quite a good experience communicating with the Herlo team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of this Company (previously known as PEM Confinement Nanny Agency) when you are the Landlord.They express keen interest to rent your unit with attractive rental rates with short notice period yet unwilling to sign the letter of offer and deposit.They gave excuses such as company's policy and have their employee to transfer a RM500 to their co-agent's account.Remember without the signed letter of offer,they are not legally obliged to pay/have their deposit forfeited.Meanwhile,they will lowball other units.They gave two days prior to the actual handover that they are not keen to rent the unit after we asked and no apologies weremade.
If you are not interested to rent the unit and have not paid the deposit after several weeks..have the decency to at least inform the Landlord.
