β β β β β Please remove β customer first β from your heromarket.com.my website. Hire gangster ( kurang ajar ) manager to manage the supermarket ! Use gangster way to talk to customer. Really the #1 at Malaysia. The old guy manager who duty and sit at battery counter at 20th March 2022 ( Sunday ). Hero market management , wake up and come PENANG audit your gangster staff οΌ

β β β β β Expect high demand especially during 11-4 pm and some of the item are already rotten such as banana but still on the sales. Please note for the hero market management and also for the customer .. I didn't take any of the photos due to low battery on my phone.

β β β β β Been always our daily choice of frrsh mart. They do delivery by grab app and open daily for walk in too. Fresh. Items are very reasonable.

β β β β β Not as big as the typical hypermarket but one can find most grocery needs here. There's quite a good selection of fruits & greens with some at offer prices. Convenient as it's on the ground floor & you can just wheel your purchases to the car if you park outside.
There's a section selling non halal products which is accessed through a separate entrance.
