★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bandar Puteri Branch RASICT & DISCRIMINATION: Very very bad experience. I have been shopping there since they open in Dec at first I didn't realise it my 3 & 4 time I notice something very strange. The security personnel follows me till I pay at the cashier my last experience was shopping with my family (wife & 2 daughters) it was so obvious the security personnel was following us as though we were going to shoplift!! He was acting as though looking at the things whenever we stop. Today 22 Jan I went again without my family same thing happen again the security following me and looking at what I was doing I approach him (Ibrahim) and asked him who is your manager? or person in charge? He said he was the person in charge. So I ask him why does the security personnel always follows me when I shop he denied it and said it was their duty. I asked him dont you have CCTV to see rather then follow customer make customer not comfortable and dont feel safe. It was really not a good experience i felt discrimination not sure because of my race or appearance and this guy (Ibrahim) SO CALLED PERSON INCHARGE!! rather then
listening to my explanation started to denied and began to be rude and embarrasse me in front of the other customers said that never meet a customer like me before.He told me to show proof of they following me and make a police report!!! What the!!! Later after paying I when to the customer service desk and ask who is the MOD came a lady call Rosna she was In charge. So this Ibrahim guy LIED!! and said he is in charge. I have explained to Rosna my experience and expect a call by your Branch Manager on Monday 24 Jan!!

Don’t quite understand the logic of cable tie my plastic bag and while others personal bag don’t need to cable tie??
Cleanliness is one of the issue there as there’s a foul smell.
However the prices is lower than other supermarket and the variety of the item is much more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hero market serves as one stop hub of groceries including fresh market items. You will get full range of vegetables, dried goods and fruits here at a very reasonable price. You get to shop in a comfortable environment as if you are shopping at traditional wet market. Please visit early at 9am something if you hunt for seafood or poultry or else they will be finished in the evening time. Oh yaa, it has its own bakery shop at the entrance. However parking space is very limited with no parking fees.
