★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited hero market kelana jaya n and did grocery shopping. Was refused to use washroom. The staff at the vegetable packing dept was rude. Said cannot use. Why. We r customers. Not only me but there was a Chinese aunty also. To me the staff said had to wait as washroom not ready but to the Chinese aunty was told toilet rosak. Then where do the staff go very rude staff and n behave as though he owns owns the place. Pls take action

Sarawak pineapple had a beautiful crown, firm yet unbruised green papaya, Thai mangoes, dragon fruit etc. C19 Registration before entering 5lots (top & bottom) of supermarket floor area. Well organised layout with improvement @ wet area. Friendly cashiers @ payment counters. parking availability & constraints around KJ area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are quite a lot of supermarket here, Lotus, giant supermarket and hypermarket and also including Hero market.
So far had visited giant and also lotus
Have to say that hero market has more veges and options, the chicken or seafood here are also fresh.
At least me and my housemates are willing to revisit hero market more often!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday in May 5 at about 9.50am long queue already due to MCO only few people can enter...people queuing up to road. No staff handling queue
Luckily shoe repair guy nearby advised customers not to form queue into road, he advise them to queue on corridor instead. there was a lack of attention given to senior citizens queuing outside .. it can get very hot too
