★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear all , Good luck to you if you happen to see this message before engagging them as your designer or contractor.
It was a disaster of my life to engaged them as my interior designer and contactor for my new house.
Don't being blindfolded by their marketing packaging via FB and other promotional media where they always claimed they are a professional designer with a fake clients testimonial video clips posted on FB and showing that they are actively promoting how competent they are.
The partner of this Company kept asking me for payment and yet work are not deliver accordingly and timely. They just need your money to roll their business and don't bother to meet your dateline.
Good luck to whom who has no chance to see this message.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service handled by one of their partner, M, is very bad, until another partner, R took over. Heard M has left the company. Luckily R took over and helping us settle the remaining works. Hope the rest of the work can be completed nicely and smoothly.

Despite the fact that they are more experience in residential properties renovation, I can see their effort to help me to expedite the whole process and to get the final approval from the mall. I’m thankful to have Jonathan helping me on the logo design, cup design, shop design etc. I trust they will do even better in the future if they have more commercial projects in malls. Keep up the good work. Raymond is also very responsive to customer request, making sure customer’s expectation can be met.
