★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have a terrible experience with the centre, my child was force for longer period of lesson due to teacher not able to attend for the coming class and the replacement class was being squeezed into each session by prolong the class period and this is totally abusing the child learning progress. Since that , my child has phobia for the music class and rejected to all other centre's music class. Worst is, the centre was trying not to refund my deposit made and it ended in consumer tribunal which the centre need to compensate more that deposit has been asked to return. Further worst to it is the centre still trying to ask for my apologize because of the process of getting refund of my deposit was being ignored and ended as dispute between their admin clerk and me. It is funny that the HG Rhapsody seems doesn't know what is especting others trying to teach children.
