★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time experiencing no stock for most branded imported chocolates, sigh. Really mind boggling considering HIG is the largest chocolate importer in Langkawi (December 20, 2021)

Even cadbury, kitkat also not in stock.
Whatever available here, cheaper by at least rm2-3 than the other place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All in one place to buy chocolate, baggage, kitchenware and t-shirt. However, the place to crowd, use basket provide instead of trolley, or come early. There are many cashier counter and very fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price of chocolate here NOT very cheap, you can get more cheaper in town. Find duty free chocolate shop. There are numbers of chocolate shop in Kuah town itself.
Probably business owner already stable so they never care about customer service.
Need to improve on customer service as well.
All staff NOT sure if product finished. When asking for supervisor they said also NOT SURE. No supervisor on duty as well.
Looking for DAIM and Toblerone choice NOT in stock and staff also NOT SURE.
HIG higher management need to look into this matter seriously as more and more duty free shop coming up. HIG might have better competitor in shortly.

.
Must visit this place when come to Langkawi!!!!! Other than Daim and Pepero chocolate. This chocolate is one my favourite too. I cannot find at other places. Go try it. Its gonna worth it. yum yum yum

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located just across the HIG shopping complex. Very helpful for tourists to take a quick breakfast or lunch just after purchasing stuffs from.the complex. Both locals and tourists are seen buying food here.
