โ โ โ โ โ I got my appointment for servicing my MSi laptop at 12.00PM,when I came, they informed me that 12 to 1 was their break time, but I didn't really mind, so I left it there till they're done, after about 1 hour they called me, I was suprised to hear that its done, the staff there was friendly, definitely would come again

โ โ โ โ โ I was told that it will take 2 weeks to repair my laptop but after almost 2 months the service status is still at "awaiting spares" ?I whatsapp them to ask but they mostly just ignore them. Why is it taking so long to ship the spare part from China? How much longer do I have to wait? I really need my laptop for school. Service there is OK but this wait is just too long.
Edit: Finally get my laptop back after 2 and a half months....... Goodness gracious?

โ โ โ โ โ My laptop was initially quoted a week for repair, but MCO hit and it was delayed to a month. However, they sent me device back to me as I can't go to the centre since it was in another district. The delay is understandable and thus, this 5 star rating. The responsiveness can be improved though, I must say.

And there will be no one attend your call even you try to call plenty times.
The only way to reach them is when they call you.

โ โ โ โ โ Seriously, anyone who wish to repair their laptop especially MSI brand, please don't go to this service centre. The working attitude is very bad and the efficiency of their working is absolutely the worst. The person in charge say that about 1 to 2 weeks will finished repair service and ready to collect and yet they delay the service. Please anyone who consider go to this service centre, just find other service centres.

โ โ โ โ โ Very responsive but service is slow. Every time when I ask them when can I see get my laptop back they would say โawaiting partsโ. Itโs been almost two months.

โ โ โ โ โ Ok their phone is working and they actually called me to ask my password (2 weeks after i handed the laptop for repair, meaning they didnt bother checking my laptop until 2 weeks in) , when you call them, they will never return your phone, but worse of all is just how slow they are, just for fixing a tiny bug in audio renderer and replacing a charger, they need more than half a month. I cant begin to fathom how slow they are. 2 weeks in, they inform me my charger has arrive and they just need to fix my microphone renderer, BUT IT IS TAKING MORE THAN 4 DAYS TO FIX A SMALL BUG IN MY COMPUTER! Just how slow can you be? We are still in a pandemic and they dont understand neither do they care how dependent we are on our laptop to do our jobs. To be honest I was an acer fanboy, looks like its time to switch to hp or dell.
