What was that, HIghpoint Melaka? I gave my laptop to be serviced using general check up, do note that they changed my lcd screen display. Previous lcd scree display was only and I was under warranty. Also, I requested for a change in earphone port as it could not connect sometimes. Ok, no problem, waited one week, no problem. Received my product. Told me he checked everything. When I went back home, the port was broken and this happened. Like, can you imagine how people feel when they receive this kind of service from a service center appointed by Acer. And from here, I also want to quote Acer, please survey which company and which employee you choose to provide your warranty service. I have always been having trouble with going through your product's warranty. Do better, Highpoint, try to find out which employee was on duty on that day which was 30/12/2020. And please, do something about it. He was so confident, telling me that everything was checked and yeah, I believed him. If this is the level of service Highpoint can give, then man, you need to up your whole corporation's service values. Like have you not seen the dissatisfied customers from this service stores? What's with those automatic copy and paste replies on all these reviews? Do you even take your customers seriously? If yes, help me, help identifying who did this, and try to up the level of service provided. Hope to see further improvements.

WORST SERVICE CENTRE EVER! MY LAPTOP SUDDENLY HAD MOTHERBOARD PROBLEM, AND IT WAS SENT TO THIS SERVICE CENTRE FOR REPAIR. I HAD TO WAIT 5 WEEKS FOR MY LAPTOP EVEN AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS AND REMINDERS . PLS NOTE THAT , ALL STUDENTS ARE NOW UNDERGOING ONLINE CLASSES , YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW IMPORTANT LAPTOPS ARE IN THIS SITUATION. 5 WEEKS LATER I HAD TO ASK MY FATHER'S HELP TO SOUND THEM BECAUSE THERE WERE NO FEEDBACK. FOR 5 WEEKS. PLEASE BE MORE ETHICAL AND ACCOUNTABLE IN YOUR SERVICE NEXT TIME.

Worst place to send computer for repair. Usually hard to pickup call. Take so long for their service. Not recommended 25/6/2020 Tq admin for response. Here is my case ID 3424298Y. I will delete this bad review if u can help expedite my laptop repair took almost 1 month without follow up from your office staff.
