★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw the video ad of this spot on Penang Foodie yesterday. So I decided to come and give it a try. Highway Roti Bakar is located inside the Market and Food Complex of Jalan Permai in Gelugor (Pasar & Kompleks Makanan Jalan Permai, Gelugor).
I had the french toast set and the roti telur goyang set. Food was good for a food court setting. Seating was plenty, and premise was clean. Price was ok too.
