★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor after sales service. My upang+ was faulty after just 40 days of use. Sent to the service centre and they didnt have a loan unit. Nobody seems to be able to give me a definite answer on when I will be able to get back my unit. Called multiple times and they just kept repeating 3 to 5 working days. Also kept mentioning that their technician will call but never happened. It's the 4th working day now so we shall see...
Update: got it back on the 6th working day after sending in for repairs but it broke down again after 1 week of usage. How is this acceptable?? Totally unreliable product! Avoid at all cost!!

1. However, freebies obtained were not as advertised in website. Missing UV Med Hailey & Farlin Travel Baby Bottle Wash.
I called again to enquire and the staff asked to bring invoice to verify that I did not receive the item.
Went to the shop the next day, was told that it was last month’s promotion (there were no promotion period date indicated in the website) and was not given the item as well.
Wasted my trip there. Could have inform on the phone that it was previous month promotion instead of asking to see the invoice.
2. When called to enquire, was told that they are the original supplier and that other resellers don’t offer that much freebies. However, found cheaper offer on Shopee. Shopee seller even gave the option to change flange size while Histopoint insisted that they cannot change flange size in the package and made me purchase another set of flange. They offered as much freebies as well.
