β β β β β Bad customer service and lack of payment option.
Spoke to the staff that I am lack of cash and if i could bank transfer , staff did not say no. While making payment, only cash was allowed and required to pay for extra RM5 if I do bank transfer. I was asked to walk to bank to withdraw cash, and the boss did not even say thank you or sorry while i was making payment.
Now i realized why there was no customer in this shop while other tyre shops were full.
Nevertheless, service was fast due to no customer
