★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought absorber for them from outside to change, During the installation process, the staff was very upset and kept making those unpleasant noises.After installation driving out when I turned, I found abnormal noise,then I'm back the shop to friendly to ask what n why got that noise,then that staff very loud, fierce and arrogance to reply“"this absorber you bought it from outside,It's not my business””！then i also friendly call him can get in to car to hear it? He refused！！what the....service ,If you don’t like don't happy customers to buy it from outside and install it for you,u can rejected this job..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 31st May 2020 around 2.30pm. Went to do balancing for my car after change absorbers for my car. The shop owner was giving me soo sarcastic answer when I ask "can I drive inside or you do?" With his not friendly & arrogant face. Poor Service, I always went there due to best Service, after this new management took over the shop, soo disappointed with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Service with reasonable quotation. Reasonable price for Michelin tyres with all in fixing, balancing, tube valves n alignment. Quick service as ample foremen to do their respective work. I would come again n recommend my friends to service their tyre here. Good Job my Friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I inquire about Liqui Moly JetClean Tronic ii service and they are one of the few that offer such service in Klang Valley, very patience to explain to me the process, how it works and end results..
Immediately I can feel much better throttle response especially in low RPM in my 15 years old car.
Many shops are offering using Tronic i machine which does not clean Fuel System.
I would recommend those who are interested in Liqui Moly JetClean Tronic service to look for them instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I changed a pair of brake pads, and within two months there was another abnormal sound. I took it back to check. （A ）staff member unkindly said that break pad warranty was only a week, and I thought (if their break pad can't be replaced in less than a week, I will pay more for it?) I feel that I don't want to deal with the problem. Staff （A）said that the front tire was swollen and the sound came from the left. （B ）staff said that the front tire was not swollen, so they replaced the front tire with the back one, and the back two tires could not be used. （C ）staff said that there was something loose in the tire? There was no professional answer at all. Hard sell was friendly before the replacement, but after the replacement, the attitude was different. If, according to their explanation, they pay to replace all the new parts, there will still be a strange sound. Is it the same as repeating today's situation? Later, I felt that they were not professional enough and could not be trusted, so I went to another garage to check.
1.) bad attitude.
2.) a team with different explanations and no professional answers.
3.) I think hard seller is more important than helping to deal with problems.
