β β β β β Very clean and pleasant place for breakfast or lunch. Their wantan mee is delicious and they have a variety of chicken or pork rice with vegetables. They have an aircon section. Patrons need to collect their own food abd condiments. Drinks are limited. Prices are cheap at hawker level prices. Parking is by the roadside before the outlet.

β β β β β This a self service Chinese restaurant.
The restaurant has resumed operations with strict SOPs. Seating capacity is reduced.
Their main attractions are their roast pork (siew yoke) and barbecued pork (char siew). Their siew yoke is good. Their char siew especially the half lean and half fat type taste good ( must request for them, otherwise will be served all lean meat type). There are other ready prepared dishes available too. Wantan noodles and meat dumplings are available too. Stewed soups are available too.
Their drinks are limited to herbal teas.
Prices are very reasonable.
Cash and e-wallet are accepted here.
Cleanliness is acceptable.
Services are self service and counter service is reasonable.
During this lockdown period, the restaurant is now allowing dine in with strict Standard Operating Procedures and still serving take-aways.
Delivery services by Grab Food and Foodpanda are available too.
Parking lots are roadside parkings. A fair number are available but during peak hours may have difficulty in finding one.
Handicapped patrons can patronize this restaurant easily.
23-05-2022. Visited the restaurant. Food quality and portion sizes are maintained. Prices had inevitably gone but still reasonable.

β β β β β Xiu Lap joint with crispy xiu yok, caramelised Char Xiu and even roasted duck and chicken. Comes with many choices of side dishes and place is fairly clean. There is both indoor and outdoor sitting with self service complimentary soup. Various e wallet payment options are available, reasonably priced and comes in hearty portion, favourite spot for satisfying lunch.
