★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DISHONEST : I had ordered 4pc of tires to be fixed on a specific day. When I arrived I was told that 2pc had been sold. I had to come another day to fix them. We had agreed on a price for the tires. But was charged more because I only changed 2pc. They maybe friendly but are utterly dishonest. RM10 to Rm20 won’t make me poor neither will it make you rich but people I know will certainly not patron your shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ after I drive back home from this shop I heard something noisy from my disk brake. and the next day I decide to sent my car to other shop, and check my alignment and find out my toe alignment all out(picture shown) .So in the picture shown is the result from what this shop did to my car.I don't know they did alignment or not. i felt like being scam.after all, this is the bad service shop I ever met. talk like a pro, but doing job like cincai-cincai. Eric service is good and friendly. but not his foreman. 1 more thing, Dont treat your customer like they don't know nothing about car, one chinese guy(without spectacle,middle age) u talk like a pro but the result? naaaaaahhh. bad review is not for Eric, but for his employee . talk like pro but do thing cincai

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do have a very good alignment machine namely Hunter, but the veteran alignment guy doesn't know how to set and utilize it properly, what a waste of investment by the shop owner. Thats my observation after sending the car for realign the second time and currently I still feel the steering wheel is pull to one side. ? And ?
