★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salesman provide good service. But the owner of the shop so call the “boss” is really unprofessional. Typical unreliable boss. I have a really bad experience with this guy. He made a deal with me few days ago about my car which I going to trade in to him. Everything was done including puspakom inspection and so on. Few day after he suddenly said don’t want the car already and he not even dare to talk to me about the reason.
He was the one that look for me to ask me to trade my car to him in the first place. After all the process done, he just given nonsense reason and told me that he don’t want the car already. Few days after, salesman called me again and told me that his boss offer me again with slower price. The boss was so undetermined and irresponsible until I have NO trust to them anymore. (Or maybe he is playing a trick to cut the price)
At the end I decided to trade in to other car dealer with lower price rather than this stupid boss.
GOOD LUCK for those who want to buy or trade in the car!! This is the worst car dealer I ever met!
