After the purchase is done, I realised I may have the problem fitting the washing machine into the space where old machine stands. My enquiries are promptly answered subsequently and appliances were delivered without delay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 3 sets (6units) air conditioner from their fair with full payment on August 2018, we put a remark there will collect on latest January 2019 or maybe earlier. And they say no problem, we just need to inform them 2 weeks before we going to collect the items then will be fine. But I have inform them 1 month before my collection date, and they still cannot provide the item to us. We have give them 1 month for preparation. Ok that’s fine, we try to forgive them. Second case, today I went to their branch and they tell me that my washing machine already stop manufacture, and maybe need us to top up extra money to get a better model. We have made full payment on August 2018, and today they tell me that the model I choose has stop manufactured? and they don’t have the responsible to keep the stock for us. And the main problem is, if we didn’t go to their branch face to face for the question, they are not informing us about the case of “stop manufacture”. Bad service ever I had seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service - bought 5 year warranty of electric hob, during broken down the so call service technician appointment always no set time and never really want come for service, just simple give false time in whatapps and always is me need to ask him about time
