★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the outlet today. Was attended by Mr. Chai. He's very kind and attentive, not pushy and informative too. Lots of options to choose from cheap to high end brands that suits your budget. Prices are considerably cheaper/competitive than other shops. Lack of staff i can say as i only see Mr. Chai alone that have to attend to us and other customers as there's more people coming in. While the middle age aunty that just sitting at the cashier doing nothing. ?? Poor Mr. Chai, a one man show.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their prices are negotiable compared to their near by competitors. Surprisingly they had the electrical appliances that I wanted even though I had to wait for1 day as they need to collect the stock from their subang outlet.
The sales personnel was friendly and provide good advise on the products.
Though not lavishly decorated /displayed of their goods but I will repeat my visit as their prices and customer services have an edge over their competitors.
