Not even allow customer to read their S&P one by one, keep chasing you to sign the S&P due to they got next appointment in half and hours later.
has been waited for 4 months to collect the S&P, empty promise but their staff claims that will send out the S&P and other document via City-link in the end I need to apply leave to collect documents during weekday time.

โ โ โ โ โ I've never seen such a law firm with such amazingly terrible service standards. I called since last week for my enquiry and the person who attended said that the relevant "colleague" will contact me and send me the quotations for my enquiries on THE NEXT DAY! Almost 1 week down the road, not only there was no call, the best part came! I called and called and we're talking about more than 10 calls - BUT NOBODY IS EVER BOTHERED TO PICK UP my call. I am all ready to make payment and give business to them, and this is the kind of time and energy wasting service that I got. I wonder what soccery that they are using in which they still have business till today. Please do teach me that. KUDOS!!!!!!!
