With this kind of service I might just do it myself. Showing me bad face when I ask if I can just exchange the line .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID! Be careful of this shop. Product quality is poor and service is horrible! My pendant broke off from the holder in less than 6 months. Sent back for repair and they destroyed it. Discolouration and scratches all around and they say it was due to my wear and tear. In 6 months?!
Advice to take macro pictures of your crystals and products before sending it back in. I didn't and regret it tremendously. Their words against mine and there's no point arguing or demand looking at their attitude and the state of my crystal. Sigh!
