★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We dined here.. celebrating my sister birthday and her anniversary with her husband.. we booked around after Isyak.. not crowded at all.. just 2 more couples besides us.. so mmg tenang.. we had wonderful peaceful family dinner..
We ordered the family platter the price is reasonable.. makanan ok sedap.. we'll come again.. i personally like the service also.. sgt sopan dan beradab..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with the room, nt worth the payment we make.Nt wht i expected from 4star hotel tho. Need to improve in term of toilet cleanliness, upgrade towel (old n unpleasant smell), light switch also nt fnctioning well. Anyhow the location is superb. In the middle of the town and easy parking.

Variety of bread choice u may order. Repeated roti telur goyang may satisfy your taste bud.
Room part can't give high expectations. Score for room comparatively with other 4-5 stars hotel only 5/10.
Staffs are friendly, from receptionist, buffet counter, chef, housekeeping. My score will be 9/10.

No cutlery when requested, twice. i think they went astray sending him to the uk. I won't provide everything here myself, other hotels are not like this. I go there to relieve stress, again! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a review regarding hotel room but a buffet Iftar services. This is not a one point bullet shot blaming the hotel services but a clear explanation for those who intended to experience the buffet for Iftar. We paid for RM 2848.50 for 45 people eating buffet with thought there will be free flow of food up until 8.30. Ended up food was gone before Adzan Maghrib especially 2 special dishes (Sweet sour Dori and Lala), and we was told that no extra food will be added up although most of the food habis before 7.20 lagi. This hotel did not serve the buffet as you thought it would be. To be honest I recorded full video of the food before anyone touch it and it clearly tak cukup for 45 people. But again I blame myself and my batchmates for not having clear conversation regarding the buffet sebab this is my first time makan buffet hotel and balik still feeling hungry lol. If you want to eat buffet, this place might offer a cheaper price but totally doesn't worth the price. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our 2nd time here. The rooms is so small. We took 2 rooms for 3 person. It is so cramped for 3 adults in. The last time we went for the same room its quite spacious (was at 5floor and the end) this time at 6 floor in the middle. The breakfast is good and nasi kerabu was awesome. Pricr is affordable also. Pool was great.
