โ โ โ โ โ Went in this hardware shop looking for a simple washer, small size with small hole and amazed by how ignorant can people be. They told me there's no such thing as small washer with small hole (Proceed to show me what they got, all their washer have a fixed size hole which are too huge for me). But I just can't believe how an established hardware shop can deliver such unpleasant experience for me, and show how lack of knowledge they were. I went to Ace Hardware and found tons of variation of washer and got the one I want. Simply google washer and you get lots of variation of washer. So, is this the story of frog under the coconut shell? Yes.

โ โ โ โ โ rubbish hardware shop. service 1/10. Did my research on the item i wanted to buy before entering the shop, and he told me there's no such thing in a rude way. But I went to another hardware shop across the street and they did have the item I wanted. Thought too high of himself, super arrogant, won't visit again next time. Adios

You will find almost every thing you need here at different qualities and each at a reasonable price. There is also various types of paints available, and copy keys is also available here.

โ โ โ โ โ Kuala Lumpur lacks good DIY stores like B&Q in the UK, but Home Ease has most stuff for doing straightforward building, plumbing or electrical work. Covid means you have to be served at the door which I found frustrating - I like to browse and would probably spend more on impulse purchases if it was permitted.
