WORST EVER furniture seller..Cheapest quality wood..bought from a home expo and FOUR TIMES damaged and wrong delivery sent to my place..The after sales service is equally awful..Thereโs a lady called Shally who will blame you for the defects/wrong delivery without checking her own database..Fed up of this salesperson and this company called HOME ELEMENTS !! Please stay clear..Purchased in the first week of August and still havenโt received the correct delivery..Absolutely horrid brand..5k stuck there with no proper delivery in hand yet...
Wish Google had an option to rate in negative!!! This seller delivered my wardrobe wrong and defective 5th time and the 6th..Now after the so called FINAL 6th attempt,the wardrobe doors screech and are jammed..I really have no idea why such sellers are in business at all,to loot customers,make money,hassle us,fool us??!!! SICK & TIRES & ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!! Still waiting for someone to fix my issue..Wish there was an option for tagging on Google..

โ โ โ โ โ Very unprofessional especially the manager by name of Sam, been delivered for 2 times (didn't turn up) + forth times delivered defects items without checked. Lousy time management, always late and let the customer waited for hours without notify the customer. In one word, items delivered are cheap & low quality, and bad management, there is no communication between the seller and their Logistic. Not even worth for a single star from the customer (the reason why there is a star here is bcos i can't post without putting a star). My advice is never never buy from expo furniture especially from "HOME ELEMENT SDN BHD", you will regeret it later. Now after months still didn't change the dressing table for me ...
