★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad professional service. I enquired to do manhole and its pricing since my home is with plaster ceiling. To my dismay, the shop owner replied arrogantly that this kind of job scope is too small. Stating that this company only do BIG KIND OF JOBS for plaster ceiling like the whole house. This kind of SME should really be left with no job, no need to pity since so choosy in jobs. Imagine home owners if have plaster ceiling need repair or make additional manhole have to hunt high and low just just because firms like Home Plaster Ceiling Construction are picky on jobs. I will not recommend this firm, not sure how they had 4.7 star, office is situated at bad location where customer not able to stop long or park car to make enquiry. With nothing assesible in business service, this is not the right professional service public should search for plaster ceiling works. If the firm is so big shot, they would have website on their service or even show their shop entrance in Google search. So much for being an expertise in this industry!

Before I can further enquire price, I was rudely turned down by shop owner stating this kind of job is too small.This is very unprofessional. If yr business is on plaster ceiling construction services, your work task covers all kinds from making to repair. How can a business which is just at a corner of main road be so picky on job?! In pandemic so many ppl and business lose their jobs but this owner so arrogant. If yr firm only do bigger projects don't open yr business in such secluded area! Customer can't even stop their car for lshort period on enquiry. How come google review overall rated 4.7? This is not the kind of good rated business will conduct their business or service their customers!!
