★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problem occurred. Trying to see explanation from the owner but instead being scolded loudly by the owner using foul language. Owner is unethical, rude, do not listen to customer and do not admit mistake despite all the proof and evidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Homecare did not provide me an explanation (despite reminders) as to why they did not perform the Standard Operating Procedure set by aircond manufacturer. According to manufacturer, omission of this will damage and shorten the lifespan of the compressor. Not following the standard operating procedure set by manufacturer ! Wondering what would happen if they install a waterheater & not following the correct procedure……..very dangerous & scary. Not recommended.
