But they don't inform you. It's a waste of time..

One of the worst ever company I ever dealt with.
Customer's view is irrelevant to them, and would take it as a Complaint.
They simply DO NOT care about having your business.
Only 2 sales person available and manager is the owner of the firm.
China ah pek kind of business.
Forget about Cust Service.
