โ โ โ โ โ Very very very bad bad experience at this shop , not recommended at all for install service at this shop ..salesman work time video call with friends around 30mins , nobody will attend u even u want buy . After decided to buy washbasin , Very no professional salesman no even ask u isn't u want dispose ur old basin , i buy new basin old broken no throw then i put at home for what ? After install broken my wall and water leaking installer say no related with him , then go back ? And also will Ask us pay stupid fee for extra no use things , Very very bad service experience ..

โ โ โ โ โ Poor customer service. Bad purchasing experience.
Bought blender and seek for test after payment, the customer service center have two perosn, they simply just sit there and pretend we are transparent.
They just SIT and busy things on their phones..

We are few steps beside and to them we are transparent. ?
The whole testing we did by ourself.
Unbox ourselves, turn on and keep it back ourself.
I don't mind that to diy test the unit.
Maybe they are just too busy with things in their phones. Or maybe this small unit can't giant them any incentive or kpi .. We can understand.
In that case, appreciate that management put a notice that customer are required to test the unit by themselves.

โ โ โ โ โ Many choices but same electronic items and some furniture you can find cheaper in neighbor Lotus mall (Tesco)
Good only if you don't like waiting and buy items only after examining by yourself or else shoppe or Lazada would be best as you will get way cheaper home delivery directly to your home.

โ โ โ โ โ Probably one of the best home improvement outlets available in Penang. The staffs are friendly and always ready to help. But one star taken down is because of despite the queue only one counter was opened. It was on weekend thus I prefer several counters opened to make payment faster

โ โ โ โ โ A large warehouse type showroom of almost everything one would need to spruce up their home is available in this outlet, just next to Lotus's (formerly Tesco).
Parking is never a problem in the covered car park area, and if you do shop at Lotus's, you'd even get 3 hours of car park for free (minimum RM5 purchase required).
The variety is mind boggling, and sometimes good bargains can be had here when items go on sale, so do keep an eye out for the bargain items with marked down prices. Though these marked down items might not be the latest models, they still offer good value-for-money.
Items are arranged into specific areas, so it's quite easy to find what you're looking for quickly. However, you'd end up looking at other items on display as well, and soon you'll realise that you've spent way much more time than you thought as your curiosity takes you through the corridors.
Prices are quite competitive, but checking on prices are now so easy with your smartphone, so do check on prices as you shop.
A good shop to see, feel, touch before buying... maybe even somewhere else.
