★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communication was clear and timely, the room was clean and located conveniently if you're looking to go about Pasir Gudang and JB. The water cooler at outside the room, the only minus. Other than that, very comfy beds, water heater, air conditioning. Overall would recommend.
