★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah thanks to the well keep and nice clean home. We love stay here after our trip from hatyai. Just a peace of rest, will be leaving after jumma prayer board to KL. 4 rooms with 3AC. 3Toilet Room. ??Thanks And Syukur to owner.

- All bedroom equipped with aircond
- Water pressure is strong, love it during shower
- Water heater unit provided at 1 of the bathroom
- Washing machine provided for laundry
- Luxury of bedroom (4 nos.) and beds (total 5 singles + 1 queen + 2 totos)
- All places (living area, family area, kitchen area) equipped with ceiling fan
- Suffice area of car pouch for vehicle parking
- Gas stove, 2 doors refrigerator, cooking hood, plates, bowls, and cutleries provided
- Television provided
- Each area equipped with plug point socket
- Friendly and polite neighbour
- Kitchen table provided
- Cloth iron + ironing board provided
(Improvement needed)
- Mattresses for beds are too thin, causing back pain for 2 nights stay
- Television is from old version, does not equipped with USB and HDMI slots
- Black ants scattered all around the house even (need to do pest control)
- All ceiling fan covered with thick dust, and inhale air felt dusty
- Cushions for sofa too old and thin, uncomfortable to sit on
- Navigation using Google map apps give wrong direction to this homestay unit (already consult the owner but denied instantly)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for a friends khenduri. Homestay is surrounded by paddy field, windy. Would recommend this place for those urbanites wanting a kampung style homestay. Mentalon is the official residence if MB KEDAH. Nearby area to visit is Gunong Keriang, Muzium, Istana Anak Bukit. Further north you can proceed to Jitra , Danok.
