★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and tidy homestay. Wifi, TV with Netflix available. Near to HUSM (about 5 minutes driving). Polite and nice owner. Would be better if washing machine is available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very spacious and comfy homestay. The house is fully equipped with all facilities i.e. washing machine, kettle, iron, tv etc. Suitable for family & can fit many cars. Special note: the host is very friendly and treat his guest like family. Totally recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is strategically situated nearby USM Kubang Kerian, where I had a running event to attend (it's only 5 minutes away if you're driving). The host is super friendly and very welcoming. The room itself is rather spacious with a comfortable bed (my room was upgraded from a small room to a larger room FOC, which came as a pleasant surprise). The air-condition and water heater works well, and the water pressure is fairly good. The room also comes with other facilities such as washing machine, iron, fridge, TV and dining table, which can be found in the common pantry. This place is suitable for both solo travelers, as well as large families/groups are there are plenty of rooms and parking lots.
