★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah mmg luas, bersih, kemas, bagus utk famili. Tidak jauh dr UIA dan HTAA. Kawasan perumahan yg tenang.
Perlu diberi perhatian supaya peralatan lama/rosak diganti spt iron board, sterika, cawan, pinggan mangkuk lama, sejadah lama yg nipis. Sekurang2nya perlu ada microwave utk mudah panaskan makanan.
Keadaan bilik air juga perlu diambil kira. Rak2 besi yg berkarat patut dikeluarkan.
Bilik berAC, tilam bantal selesa tp xda almari/rak utk simpanan baju. Hanya terdapat banyak tempat sangkut di dinding dan pintu bilik.
Dr segi keselamatan, tidak ada kunci pagar dan tidak ada kunci sliding door. Cuma 1 kunci mangga.
 The house is spacious, clean, tidy, great for families. Not far from UIA and HTAA. Quiet residential area.
It is important to note that old / damaged equipment is replaced with stainless steel board, stainless steel, cups, old dishes, thin sheets. At least you need a microwave to heat the food.
Bathroom conditions also need to be taken into account. The rusted iron shelves should be removed.
AC room, comfortable pillow mattress with closet / shelf for clothes storage. There are only so many hangings on the wall and door of the room.
For safety reasons, there is no fence lock and no sliding door lock. Just 1 key please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aircond model lama dan kipas ruang tamu slow..rumah panas..tilam berbau dan kedalam bila baring..tak bagi extend untuk cek out lambat..terpaksa bayar lagi satu malam walaupun nak cek out pukul 4pm. Tuan rumah berkira dan kedekut. Terima kasih
Old model aircond and living room fan slow..heater..smell mattress and inside when lying down..not extended to check out late..had to pay another night even if I want to check out at 4pm. The host is calculating and stingy. Thank you
