1. A very friendly landlord.
2. Plenty of room (4 units)
3. Complete with cooking facilities
4. Spacious parking space, suitable for 2 cars
5. Spacious living and dinning rooms
6. 3 bathrooms
7. Master bedroom with attached bathroom. Airconditioned.
8. 3km to Nilai3 (You know, it is very hard to find malay's restaurant early in the morning during the third day of hari raya. But you can get one in Nilai3).

Kalau kita ada menantu perempuan yg menginap bersama, maka homestay ini amat sesuai kerana bilik air bersambung dengan bilik yang didudukinya. Tak perlu keluar dari bilik tidur dan lalu depan orang ramai untuk ke bilik air.

If we have a daughter-in-law who lives together, then this homestay is perfect because the bathroom is connected to the room in which she lives. No need to get out of the bedroom and in front of the public to go to the bathroom.
