★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything just okay..only water pressure is low (maybe the owner have to upgrade the water pressure pump for hot shower)..got 3room, 2 of it has air condition. Kitchen area quite big..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed on October 2018. House condition is quite horrible. There's a roof leaking and they just put a bucket to collect the dripping water. The kitchen draining also leaking, the floor will get wet. Other than that, everything is fine. Easy to negotiate with owner.
