★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable. Suit for while family. Full of kitchen equipment and have a washing machine. Have a WiFi and Astro for our kids. Very near with retail shop, TESCO & 99 seedmart. 5minutes to UTHM. Recommended to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The deco is beautiful. Fully furnished with good materials. A comfort place to stay with my family. They also got a various fruits tree outside of the homestay. Value for money ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent and comfortable home to live in! Place was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Facilities such as wifi, television, water heater etc were also completely provided. Definitely recommend everyone else to stay here too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ really comfortable to stay with spacious, cozy decorated and homely house. The house was very clean, tidy and fully equipped with amenities and kitchenets exactly the same as advertised. Beside dealing with a kind and wholeheartedly owner, the location is really strategic which near shops, Tesco, MCd, UTHM, mosque and etc.. makes a perfect homestay..

My children are always scared whenever we stayed in a homestay because the feeling and vibe of most homestay are creepy and have been empty for a long time BUT NOT THIS HOUSE . Mohadniza homestay offered a modern and quite luxury house with full aircond and wifi . The dryer is really helpful so we went home with clean laundry. Overall very impressed .
