β β β β β The house is okay but the vicinity there is dirty and rarely taken care off. The shops and the restaurants are far away and there are a lot wild animals around that place.

Good home decoration n love it.
Near by MRSM, USM Engineering Campus,shopping at CMart, M , food shop , Mr DIY and etc.

** Kicth3n - easy to cook have fridge,kittel,rice cooker and other kitchen utensil.
**Room - Clean n comfortable.
Owner nice person n very good cooperation.

β β β β β Great place. Nice and quiet environment. Great service from the owner who quickly replace the cooking gas an hour after we called even though its night. All rooms are comfy, great lighting in the hall. One tiny detail that the owner can add is that the qiblat in each room.
