★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review jujur dan kecewa. Not recommended. Rumah kotor dan tidak selesa untuk menginap. Rumah Lot no. 14759. Very bad. Kita yang masuk kita yg kena bersihkn rumah ni sendiri. Teruk. Kemudahan yg sgt tidak bagus untuk keluarga menyewa. At least buat cleaning rumah dulu sebelum bg org menyewa. Tq nur kasih sebab service yg tak seberapa elok utk kami.
Honest and disappointed review. Not recommended. Dirty house and uncomfortable stay. Lot no. 14759. Very bad. We are the ones who come in our own homes. Bad. Convenient accommodation for family rent. At least make home cleaning first before the renting person. Tq nur kasih karena layanan yang aja begitu indah untuk kami.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Homestay yang paling kotor dah tak selesa yang saya pernah duduk. Mengecewakan!
Kita yang kena cuci tandas dan sinki. Kain lap yang ada pun kotor, jijik. Area dapur pun kotor, kita yang kena bersihkan. At least la, bersihkan rumah tu dulu. Bantal pun keras dan tak selesa. Dah la pintu ada yang tak boleh kunci, tak selamat. Pintu belakang pun boleh roboh any time.
Memang horror lah!
Lepastu boleh lagi accuse family saya nak curi barang dia. Eh! Rumah tu tak ada apa pun yang berharga la. Rumah jijik. Perangai penyewa rumah pun jijik. TAK RECOMMEND LANGSUNG!
The dirtiest homestay I have ever sat in. Disappointing!
We have to clean the toilet and the sink. The rags were dirty, disgusting. The kitchen area is dirty, we have to clean it. At least clean the house first. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. There's a door that can't be locked, it's not safe. The back door can collapse any time.
It's a horror!
Then I can accuse my family of stealing his stuff. Eh! The house has nothing of value. Disgusting house. The behavior of tenants is disgusting. DO NOT RECOMMEND DIRECTLY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman yang sangat mengecewakan dan memang tak berbaloi dari segi duit dan keselesaan. Saya cakapkan tentang Lot. 14759 tapi apabila saya round-round lot yang lain semua nampak sama, macam run-down, tak dijagalah katanya.
Semua tempat di rumah sangat-sangat kotor, penuh dengan daki dan habuk. Kain-kain lap kotor ibarat tak basuh selepas digunakan oleh previous renter. Sinki pon kotor, pintu-pintu dah rapuh kalau orang tendang pon dah roboh, banyak benda dah berkulat, belubang dan dah rapuh. Penyewa pun tidak sediakan tempat nak buang sampah dengan betul, tempat basuh pinggan dan hidai pinggan kotor, sudu garfu pinggan mangkuk cawan semua kotor, sampai geli nak pakai.
Hati-hati juga lepas checkout, sebab my family member dapat call dari penyewa tuduh kami cuba untuk mencuri barang mereka. Dengan fasiliti sekadar ada dan kebanyakkannya tidak berfunsi dengan baik, apa je yang kami nak curi? Semua tak laku.
So saya memang recommend untuk semua orang yang datang ke Terengganu jauhi rumah sewa dari Nur Kasih, mereka memang tidak profesional dan tidak menjaga rumah-rumah mereka. Kalau boleh nak bagi 0 star.
A very disappointing experience and definitely not worth it in terms of money and comfort. I'm talking about Lot. 14759 but when I round-round the other lots all look the same, like a run-down, don't take care of it, he said.
Everything in the house is very, very dirty, full of climbs and dust. Dirty wipes are like not washing after being used by the previous renter. The pound sink is dirty, the doors are fragile when people kick the pound, many things are moldy, hollow and fragile. The tenants did not provide a place to dispose of garbage properly, a place to wash dishes and wash dirty dishes, spoons, forks, dishes and cups were all dirty, so much so that I was amused to wear them.
Be careful after checkout, because my family member got a call from the tenant accusing us of trying to steal their belongings. With the facilities just there and most of them not functioning well, what je we want to steal? All unsold.
So I really recommend for everyone who comes to Terengganu to stay away from rented houses from Nur Kasih, they are not professional and do not take care of their houses. If possible, I want to give 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Homestay paling teruk kami 4 family pernah duduk kat Malaysia ni. Kotor nak mampus, toilet geli, rumah penuh habuk, and paling tak best owner tuduh kami nak curi barang2 yang tak beharga langsung. Bilik takyah cakap la, bantal2 semua kotor, tilam2 penuh pijat, toilet nak mandi kena tutup mata sebab kotor yang amat.
Kalau boleh letak no star dah letak dah. Kalau yang mencari homestay tak kisah rumah kotor, ni lah imtuk korang. Nyesal habis duduk sini.
The worst homestay we 4 families have ever lived in Malaysia. Dirty to fail, toilet amused, house full of dust, and at least the best owner accused us of stealing valuables. The room didn't say anything, the pillows were all dirty, the mattresses were full of massages, the toilet to take a shower had to be closed because it was very dirty.
If you can put no star, put it. If those looking for a homestay don't care about dirty houses, this is for you. Sorry to sit here.
