★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 rooms, 2 bathroom townhouse, the unit is upstairs. The owner lives downstairs. The homestay is cozy, suitable for family gathering but it is located in a very crowded neighborhood. The parking is a little bit crazy but manageable. 2 master bedroom with one bathroom connected. 1 double room and 1 single room. All rooms are air conditioned except for the single room and that room is very hot. While our stay is cozy, the furnitures are a little bit old. Bathrooms are very small to the point of being not comfortable at all. The homestay use central water heater, but the cold water pressure to the master bedrooms' bathroom is low. just by somebody washing something in kitchen is enough to burn you with hot water....
