It's just an aircond in the master bedroom. There is no aircond heat in other places.

- House area with nearby shop lot (laundry, restaurant, 7eleven, Mr DIY, etc)
- 4 rooms, 3 queens and 2 single in 1 room
- 1 bathroom, 1 master bathroom
- Affordable price
- Friendly owner
- Can park 2 cars inside car porch
Cons
- A bit hot inside the house (day & night)
- Only master bedroom with AC, others use ceiling fan and wall fan
- AC need maintenance IMO, not cold enough
