★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional! This company over charges their customers without any prior advertisements. Cleaning job is very poor! They cannot clean your unit at the time or day you need. Basically poor management.

HomeUP is not fit to meet your requirements and they cannot even meet your expectations! HomeUP takes their client’s expectations for granted with very poor works yet expecting you to accept their bad work!

First time visit over 1 hour late and no sorry. Bunch of private question they asked me which made me uncomfortable.
Second time visit over 1 and half hour late and still no sorry. I asked them to come again because their repair become not working only after 1 and half month from 1st visit. But they are saying not thier issue and they just replacing only.
So irresponsible for the appointment with customer and also for their repair performance. Not sure why they are doing this visit if they are so no care of anything. Please go and find others when you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I would like to give a benefit of a doubt on those reviews and give it a try. First 2 was alright. Expensive but items are not plastics. Still… expensive. However there are few times that they didn’t answer my what’s app. Not sure if it’s our or the scope or work or capability, I’m not sure, I would appreciate a reply rather than left read. Maybe a simple reply like, oh we don’t provide this kind of plumbing service or can’t do it or no expertise…etc. I would say be truthful. I believe ignoring customer is never a good thing.
