★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad n fedup dealing wz this unenthical seller. Order placed in Nov at City Square foyer wz mattress model indicated clearly. When goods delivered in mid Dec, came another type of so-called 2nd generation mattress n mentioned that d one we ordered already obselete.
First thing first, seller never informed us in advance change of mattress, 2ndly, when we called back d office staff insisted that its correct as what we ordered. Then we whatspps d Sales person which replied that he is outstation (not overseas) n cant deal wz it but we hv to check wz office directly. U sense of ppl within this organizationstarts twisting n pushing us around?
The fuming is d Sales asked us to try on d 2nd gen mattress, ask us open d plastic cover. But we dare not touch just keep it intact wait them to collect back. U know why? With bare eyes view thru d plastic cover, there is a black fingers prints on edge of d mattress, and some dots not sure moles or fungus here n there. Who dare to adventure d 2nd gen?
As of today, both Sale n Office still 'besok rusa besok rusa' kind of answer...., not sure my mattress really has to be imported from USA?

My dressing table is display one, you can found the table is incompletely, broken part is same with home fair.
till now over 3 mths not update for changing the table with me.
No respond No answering, hopefully the seller can give me respond asap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivering is just on time even within 3weeks. All furnitured arrived in no defective, no deliver wrong thing.(because i had some bad exp with other shop before). I had bought bedroom sets with reasonable price. The only improvement where i found is marketing, need more advertisement for the company (i was my first time to know hommes and bought furniture). Luckily, I got the right choice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No choice, to write review need to give start rating, but trust me they don't even deserve a one star.
Bad service, never follow up with customer on the delivery date and time, customer needs to keep calling for an answer.
Bed frame doesn't come in one whole piece and only do last minute checking before delivery and expect customer to accept.
In-charge giving empty promises, in the end never fulfill. Service level 0, do not have the ability to settle issue but create more problems for customer. And worst of all, keep hanging up customer's call.
I will recommend you guys go for another company but not this. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Hommes to get a dining table. Ah Yeong attended to us and was very professional and frank. The designs and selection were great and we picked a nice table. The delivery to Singapore took a while but we eventually received the table and chairs in working order. Need to pay completely 3 days before delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The boss is quite friendly and I'm satisfied with the bedroom set I bought. The price is afforable and high quality in product. Even the delivery date is a bit longer than what i expected , but the team still try their best to delivery as soon as possible. So far i am satisfied with what they did. Recommend u guys to visit its store.
