β β β β β One of the worst experience i had while sending my hrv for servicing.The appointment was schedule for 8.45am and i arrived at 8.46 but it was only at the service bay at 11.16am.And it only took them an hour to complete the job.But i have to wait for 2 hrs before it proceed to the service bay.And when i query them no one at the center can give a favourable answer.They don't even serve plain water for the customer.This is ridiculously absurb.
YOU REALLY DESERVE A NEGATIVE RATING. - *

β β β β β Car left unattended for 3 hours since 10am after passover key and staff wont even bother until I check with them again at 1pm, lied about car went into service bay but still left at parking lot. Took another 2 hours and finished service at around 3pm.
Staff covered wrongdoings with lie and pushing accountability to others instead of apology, please educate your staff properly. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED AND WONT VISIT ANYMORE IN THE FUTURE. Those who yet to visit for service may think twice before making appointment. ?

β β β β β This SC has friendly staffs n good mechanics. Each time i called for service, it will be picked up by some friendly staffs. I can remember only 1 name of many ppl there as she is the one who usually picks my call, Ms Sarah. ??

β β β β β This new service center is cosy & comfortable. Very spacious place to hang around while waiting for the car servicing. The WiFi is definitely much better than the previous center at Sg Pari!
The only bad comment I have is not About the place but how Google map took me here. The app took me to residential area in the middle of nowhere, but I n fact itβs very easily to located along the main road to Chemor.
From Ipoh, after passing Aaron Klebang, McD & Econsave, itβs just on the left which we canβt miss. (Damn! I missed it because I was following Google Map!)
