★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time it’s just too long. Hava to wait for almost 4 hours just for normal service even though has made prior appointment. After service, checked the spray window and the water spray is not spraying correctly. Need to come for some other day just to adjust that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to service my car in Setia Alam but i'm not happy with their service. So i come back to Nilai. Far from my current place but i'm satisfied with their service. You guys should try. Since MCO is over, you are able to wait & enjoy their nasi lemak. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good customer service. Well done and keep it up. Please make appointment before sending your car for a service to avoid disappointment. Clear instruction from friendly customer service. Very good experince. Comfortable waiting lounge although it is a bit smaller compared to other service centres but it does the purpose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my routine maintenance service here and got scam!! My engine oil is at the minimum level after service. Quite suspicious when they didn’t give me the remaining oil bottle. So always ask for your remaining oil and replaced autoparts after service!!Most honda places would always give you these without asking. But not this place.
Talked with the assistant service manager and he rectified the issue but no further action will be taken to the foreman/serviceman. He apologised for that.
So will proceed with formal complaint to Honda next.
Please avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious, that what I love about this Service Centre. Large parking area, modern all glass building & clean & well maintain facility. Surau is big enough to fit 10people. Free flow hot & cold drinks, snacks. ?

Good job for the fast action given , especially for the Technical guy Mechanic Faiz.he has done a good job..should give him a raise .. as i mention before..i like this servis center sebab pantas..buat kerja cepat..tapi..you can improve.. great job!
